2. How much does it cost?
Pricing is calculated based on a few factors: the property's square footage, the desired services, any add-ons, and any additional marketing requested. All service packages have a complete description of the offered services and pricing.
3. What is the turnaround time?
Turn-around time for a fully edited product is 48-72 hours.
4. Who owns the photos?
FutureFrameMedia is the exclusive owner of all photos, videos, or any other digital media produced by FutureFrameMedia. In exchange for payment to FutureFrameMedia for the services provided, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable right to use the digital media in connection with marketing and promoting the property, your listings, and your real estate business or brokerage.
5. Do I need to be there for the appointment?
No, you or your sellers are not required to be there during the appointment. Our photographers only need a way to access the property, whether that is a hidden key, an unlocked door, a security code, a key box, or someone present to let us in.
6. Will the photographer move things around if the home is not quite ready?
The house should be shoot-ready when our photographer arrives. We ask that all staging and cleaning be done before our photographer’s arrival. To efficiently maintain our busy schedule and deliver the level of service our clients expect, we can not spend unnecessary time at home waiting for it to be cleaned, dusted, de-cluttered, etc.
